Thomas Aquinas School of Law arranged the Educational Visits on “Rapee Day” Occasion

Thomas Aquinas School of Law arranged educational visits as an honorable event on the occasion of the Father of Thai Law Memorial Day 2022 or Rapee Day on Friday 5th August 2022 to commemorate Prince Rapee Pattanasak’s kindness and dedication toward the reformation of the Thai law and court system.

Participants led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sthianrapab Naluang, the dean, administrators, lecturers, students, and alumni around 100 persons started the activity at the Supreme Court in the morning to deliver a praise speech and lay a wreath to pay homage to Prince Rapee’s statue in front of the Office of the Judiciary Building. In this regard, Mr. Teerapong Hunpaisarn, Deputy Secretary of the Supreme Court kindly provided the reception and facilitation. After that, all participants travelled to King Prajadhipok’s Museum to learn about the politics and administration revolution of Thailand, specifically in the reign of King Rama VII, and after the Siamese Revolution in the year 1932. Then, law students and lecturers moved to Maharaj Road to take a sight-seeing tour for significant historical places of the country such as the Grand Palace, the City Pillar Shrine, Ministry of Defense, Tha Ratcha Woradit, etc.
